About Me

I started my career in telephone software support. After realizing that the call volume was impacted by the quality of the documentation, I moved to the training and documentation department to improve the self-help available to the customers. At the same time, the company began moving toward online help and thus started my procedural documentation experience. Within a few months I was recruited into a consulting company and spent nearly a decade advancing my training and documentation skills. I have continued in that realm of T&D and have worked in local, state, and federal government; banking; manufacturing, and utilities industries. I’m looking forward to what I can do for you!

I truly believe in giving back to my community and volunteer with a number of non-profit organizations including the following:

Lions Club - Lions Club is the world’s largest service organization.

Harmony Project Chorus - A 500-member choir that is part of a movement which builds social harmony by bringing diverse groups of people together through artistic expression, education, and volunteer service.

Amateur Radio Emergency Service - Provides trained, volunteer amateur radio operators to assist with emergency and public service communications when normal infrastructure is compromised.

HERO USA - As an ACA-certified kayak instructor, I volunteer with HERO USA, which provides access to sports training and educational resources for youth facing social, physical and economic obstacles.
