Michael is the definition of “team player” and “aims to please”. As an Instructional Designer/Developer, Michael has used RoboHelp, Captivate, Articulate, DreamWeaver, Snag-it, Photoshop, the Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools to create training and build Performance Support environments on some of the largest and most complex training development/delivery projects ever deployed for our organization.

Michael typically worked on multiple projects simultaneously as well as with multiple communities of Subject Matter Experts on within a single project. This required Michael to manage a variety of deliverables, timelines, and requirements to meet his customers’ needs. Often, Michael worked with SMEs known for being very demanding. He also would work with SMEs whom had never participated in a project previously. Not only was Michael able to determine their requirements, he routinely exceeded their high expectations. Michael also served as a Technical Writer for our organization. His writing and editing skills are outstanding.
